You must be at least 18 years old, or using the platform under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to create an account and place orders. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

Product listings, images, and descriptions are provided by vendors and are for general information only — they do not replace professional medical advice.

Some products are marked as requiring a prescription. For these items, you must upload a valid prescription during checkout. Orders with an invalid, unclear, or missing prescription may be held, rejected, or cancelled by the vendor.

We accept payment via eSewa, Khalti, and Cash on Delivery. Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which the vendor may accept, reject, or partially fulfil based on stock availability. Prices are listed in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and may change without prior notice.

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped from your order history page. Once an order has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. See our Refund Policy for details on returns and refunds.

Vendors selling on Shop. are independently responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the genuineness and quality of their products, and fulfilling orders in a timely manner. Shop. facilitates the marketplace but is not the seller of record for vendor-fulfilled items.

Shop. is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including delays, stock inaccuracies, or third-party payment gateway issues.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Shop. after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
