Payments made via eSewa or Khalti are processed directly by those providers — Shop. does not store your card, wallet, or banking credentials. We only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded or failed.

Prescription images are shared only with the vendor fulfilling that specific order, for the purpose of verifying the prescription before dispatch. They are not used for any other purpose.

We share information with vendors (to fulfil your orders), payment gateways (to process payments), and delivery partners (to deliver your order) — only to the extent necessary to complete your transaction.

You can view and update your account details from your profile page at any time, and request account deletion by contacting us. You may also opt out of non-essential notifications from your notification settings.

We use industry-standard practices — including encrypted password storage and secure token-based authentication — to protect your data. No online platform can guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep your information safe.
